• Your dog's name (for personalization)

Payment information (credit card, etc.) is collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Advertising and Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to help Meta show our ads to people who are most likely to be interested. When you interact with our site, we share the following information with Meta:

• Hashed (irreversible) versions of your email address, name, and shipping address
• Your IP address and browser user agent
• Meta browser cookies (_fbp, _fbc)
• Information about the pages you visit and purchases you make on our site

Personal data shared with Meta is sent in a hashed form so Meta cannot read the underlying values directly; Meta uses these hashes only to match events to existing accounts. For more information, see Meta's Data Policy.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity captures behavioral data such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and the content of pages you view. Form fields where you enter personal information (such as your name, email, and shipping address) are masked by default and are not recorded. Your Choices

You can limit or opt out of advertising tracking by:

• Adjusting your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences
• Using browser tracking-protection features or ad blockers
• Emailing us at support@breddifferent.co to request deletion of your personal data

We use the following services to operate our store:
